CLEAR LAKE — The Clear Lake School Board tonight is scheduled to approve a “Return To Learn” plan for the 2020-and-21 school year.The board will meet in a planning session at 5 o’clock to discuss options for the upcoming school year. The board will then meet in a special session starting at 6:30 where adoption of the plan is scheduled to take place.The work session and the special board meeting will both take place in the boardroom at the administration center.
